Rev. Dr. Spencer & Heather Click

Lead Pastor

Pastor Spencer has been Lead Pastor of Calvary Lighthouse since 2017. Prior to serving at Calvary he has been a Children’s Pastor and Executive Pastor. His biggest desire in ministry is to help people find their place in God’s family and fulfilling the call of God. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and holds a Masters degree from The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary and a Doctorate from Bethel Seminary. Growing up in Ohio, Pastor Spencer is a diehard Ohio State Buckeye Football fan, but moving to NJ he has declared, “I found my people!”

Heather grew up in sunny San Diego with a wonderful family that loved Jesus and church. During her college years, her sister introduced her to a handsome new children’s pastor and the rest is history! Pastor Spencer and Heather have been married since 2006. Heather loves being a wife and mom to their growing son, Bennett. She finds joy in the simple things in life: family time, a good cup of coffee, sunshine, and baking cookies. She is a cancer survivor who finds joy and purpose in seeing Jesus transform hearts and minds in the local church. Heather serves as the Worship Leader, Creative Director, and Outreach Coordinator.

Yvonne Marti deDaniels

Associate Pastor

Yvonne was born in New York. She met her husband in college and they were married after their college graduation.

She currently serves as an Associate Pastor at Calvary Lighthouse, providing pastoral care, creating opportunities for discipleship through small groups, and serving the community at our House of Blessing.

She believes that the Lord uses all of our life experiences, talents and skills to minister to people His love, grace and mercy.

Joe Schropfer

Associate Pastor

Joe was born and raised in a large family of 8 children right here in central New Jersey. He has served at Calvary Lighthouse in different capacities over many years, i.e. youth pastor, young adults, worship leader. He is an avid sports fan (Go Giants!). He and his wife Allison have three adult children and seven grandchildren with one on the way! They have been married for 41 years.

Alex Gee

Family Pastor

Born and raised in South Jersey, Alex Gee has been actively involved in church ministry since the age of five and has served in children’s ministry for over a decade. He currently serves as the Family Pastor, overseeing Calvary Kids Ministry, and regularly assists with teaching during chapel services at Calvary Academy.

With a strong passion for teaching children, Alex enjoys incorporating creativity, play, and his love of board games into lessons and services to make learning engaging and meaningful. He has been married to his wife, Okaris, since 2021, and together they have two young boys.

Abby Garcia

Youth Pastor

Born in New York to Filipino parents, Abby is one of four sisters who were all raised at Calvary Lighthouse, a church that has played a significant role in her life for over 20 years and has helped shape both her faith and calling. She has faithfully served in youth ministry for 14 years and has been the Youth Director since 2022 and Youth Pastor since 2023. Abby brings a unique blend of energy, creativity, and warmth to every space she leads, serving both on the worship team and in youth ministry. She is passionate about walking alongside students and creating Christ-centered spaces where they feel known, supported, and challenged to grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Jesus Ortega

Middle School Pastor

Pastor Jesus serves as the Middle School Pastor at Calvary Lighthouse. He has faithfully served the church for over a decade, first as a member of the worship team for 10 years, where he developed a deep love for worship and ministry. Through prayer and obedience to God’s calling, Jesus felt led to shift his focus toward youth ministry.

Since 2024, Jesus has had the joy of serving as the Middle School Pastor, where he is passionate about guiding students to build a strong foundation of faith in Jesus Christ. His heart is to see young people grow spiritually through meaningful worship, biblical preaching, and practical teaching that connects God’s Word to their everyday lives.

Jesus and his wife, Cristal, who he first met in high school, are blessed with three children, two sons and one daughter. Their family shares a passionate heart for serving the church. He considers it a privilege to serve alongside his church family and invest in the next generation, helping them discover their identity and purpose in Christ.
